I am in love with Jimmy John's. My first experience was in BODO so it is hard to compare Twin Falls, but it was still delish. I love the interior, the funny signs. And the workers were really nice. And obviosly, it is FAST and cheap. The pickles are AMAZING. I am a huge huge fan and we will be coming here a LOT :) keep up the good work!

Love JJ's sandwiches, but everytime I call to get delivery, I am told I am out of their delivery area, yet I've seen them deliver right across the street from my house on the same street! Both locations have stated this. Either someone's lying, or they're just plain lazy!

Well, decided to give this delivery thing another go as the last time I called two years ago I was told the delivery area ended a block away from my house. So I happen to be staying at friend's house watching her son. According to what I have been previously been told I should be within the delivery area. Nope. It's still magically a block away (more like 20 yards). I asked what the radius was and he couldn't answer. He asked for the closest corner street name. First I said Park Avenue and that seemed acceptable. Then I said Highland and suddenly I was out of area. Highland is technically closer to the shop than Park Avenue is. I have decided this location just doesn't care.

The sandwiches we got today at Jimmy John's were exceptionally delicious! I liked the simplicity of the menu & ordering (i'm imagining they may get compared to local Subways, but J.J.'s is MUCH higher quality). We had our sandwiches on the white hoagie bread, and 8" regular sandwich is only $4.50, so even if you add on a bunch of cheese for a buck, you are still getting a good deal for the size of the sandwich. Ordering tip: if you want a sandwich cut in half or something, ask for that when you ORDER. UPDATE from 4 to 3 stars: While the food is high quality & delish, the service has gone DOWN HILL. Can't really chalk it up to being "green" any more - employees aren't enabled to help the customer AT ALL, so even when they make a mistake (like leaving off the dijon mustard) they won't/don't have a way to fix it. UPDATE from 3 to 1 star: If you want to order for delivery, make sure you can see the store from your location or else you are outside of their delivery range. nearly everyone i know who tries to order delivery has been told they are just a block outside the delivery area.... rumor has it they still deliver to a couple of the large employers in town though like the college.

Sandwiches are just OK - They advertise "Delivery", but only as far as they can throw it .... I live near the College and their Blue Lakes store told me that I lived too far away - when the 2nd location opened, I thought now I can get delivery.. I live on the wrong side of the street, so ... foiled again !.. I drove from my house to the new location and it took EXACTLY 4 minutes, but is too far for them to deliver a meal?? Done with them and their "Policy"..... Used to be that a business catered to a customer - Now, we have to abide by some corporate chair making decisions for a local enterprise. Anyone can make a sandwich like Jimmy Jon's does, so the only thing that actually makes them stand out is their customer service - which is exactly NONE. Subway dzn't deliver either, but at least they have a better choice of sandwich components to choose from, and prices are better.

The first time I ate at Jimmy John's was in Chicago and it was oh so wonderful. I went to one in Salt Lake and was disappointed. Ogden...very pleased. This particular Jimmy John's is just up and running and we ate there twice in the first week. We're trying to stay away for a while so we don't get burnt out! The staff is friendly and the sandwiches were great!

There food may be OK but their service is terrible, especially on the delivery end. My house is exactly 2.5 miles away from this store (google) and it only takes 3 roads to get here. After making an order and hanging up, I received a call back 30 seconds later telling me that the manager had told the delivery person that my house was outside of the delivery zone and that they could not go past Washington St (1 street from my house). After asking to speak with the manager, he was very rude in telling me there was nothing he could do as it was a corporate policy, yet he would not tell me what that policy was exactly. In my opinion if a store that advertises delivery cannot send a driver 2.5 miles down the road they they are completely worthless in the delivery business and should not even bother advertising as such. Two big thumbs down for Jimmy Johns.

The sandwiches are basic but very good. This is a new location and the employees still seem a little green. I ordered a ham and cheese "slim" (just meat and cheese) for my son forgetting that he likes lettuce and mayo on his sandwich. When I went back up to see if they could give me some mayo and lettuce to put on it, they said no. I offered to pay for it and they still said no. I realize it was my mistake, but they were unwilling to work with me to fix it. I was a little annoyed but the food was good enough that I'll go back.

No pickles or peppers. NO PICKLES OR PEPPERS. People! What sandwich shop that you know of doesn't offer pickles or peppers? That's like going to a hotdog shop and them not having mustard! And for $6.00 all I got was roast beef, cheese, lettuce and onions on bread. Dude, where's Subway?
